Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • If you want to cancel the order before your product has been dispatched, we will initiate the refund after deducting a nominal charge of 2% of the order value within 24-72 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
  • If your product has been dispatched or delivered to you then we will initiate refund for the amount after deducting the shipping charges (both side) and a nominal charge of 3% of the order value within 24-72 business hours after receiving the product.

Note:

  • You must return the goods in its original and proper packaging for initiating refund.
  • We will not accept any type of damaged/defective, seal broken or wrong product from customers for cancellation or return/refund of products.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY:

Our policy lasts 3 days starting from the day of your delivery. If 3 days have gone by since delivery of the products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Advisory for the customer(s) – please shoot an unboxing video when you receive the parcel and inform us immediately if any product is missing or damaged.

Items that have been mistakenly ordered by the customer are not refundable and cannot be returned in any case. Also, the order cannot be cancelled after the dispatch has been done. The customer can only replace the products if any damaged or the defected item is received.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your refund /replacement, you must keep the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
  • You must return the Product’s in its well & proper, original Packaging with Company Seal for a refund (charges will be deducted if applicable).


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): –

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • On sale items or Discounted items.

If you have received an item that is damaged/defective or wrong, just send email us at the earliest, as mentioned above, at support@gahnamart.com to initiate the return and refund process for the goods/item(s) purchased by you.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item(s) / good(s) / product(s) returned by you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Note: Refund will be provided after deducting actual shipping charges(s) paid by us.
